Refund policy

At Star Life Care Sciences, we strive to provide high-quality healthcare and wellness products. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you through a fair and simple return process.

Eligibility for Return

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, expired, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Note: Due to the sensitive nature of health, hygiene, and medical products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Medicines or supplements that have been opened or used.

  • Items with broken seals or missing packaging.

  • Temperature-sensitive products.

  • Products purchased during promotions or clearance sales unless damaged or faulty.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@starlifecaresciences.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, issue details, and photos if applicable.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange pickup (if available) or guide you on how to send the item back.

  4. Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we will offer:

    • A replacement, or

    • A full refund (excluding shipping charges), processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method.

  • Cash-on-delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred.
