Note: Due to the sensitive nature of health, hygiene, and medical products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, issue details, and photos if applicable.

Once approved, we will arrange pickup (if available) or guide you on how to send the item back.

Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we will offer:

A full refund (excluding shipping charges), processed within 5–7 business days.
