Shipping policy

At Star Life Care Sciences, we aim to deliver your health and wellness products quickly, safely, and reliably across Pakistan.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PKT) will be processed the next working day.

  • We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.


2. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery Time: 2 to 4 working days.

  • For remote or rural areas, delivery may take up to 5–7 working days.

📦 We use trusted courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above PKR 2500-/-.

  • A standard shipping fee applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown at checkout before final payment.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are correct and reachable.

  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may be delayed or canceled.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

  • You can track your order status directly on the courier’s website using the provided tracking code.


6. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier issues or political disturbances

We appreciate your patience during such times.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or the receiver is unavailable, we will attempt a second delivery. Repeated failures may result in cancellation and re-shipping charges.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or find items missing:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and product.

  2. Contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

  3. We’ll investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
